Rentals cancelled at least 10 days before the start of the rental period will receive a full refund. Rentals cancelled at least 5 days prior to the move-in date will receive a 50% refund. The eligible refund will only apply to the amount the interested party before the rental cancellation process was initiated and not the amount due. Cancellations must be made by 11:59 in the property’s time zone on the chosen day.

With this option, you may override the cancellation policy and refund a custom amount. Also, the cancellation policy you choose cannot supersede your e-signed rental agreement.

• Flexible 

Rentals cancelled at least five days before the start of the rental period will receive a full refund. Rentals cancelled at least 2 days prior to the move-in date will receive a 50% refund. The eligible refund will only apply to the amount the interested party before the rental cancellation process was initiated and not the amount due. Cancellations must be made by 11:59 in the property’s time zone on the chosen day.

With this option, you may override the cancellation policy and refund a custom amount. Also, the cancellation policy you choose cannot supersede your e-signed rental agreement.
