Pelow Making Housing Affordable

Housing Affordable

As this may be your first time getting on our platform, we wanted to do our best to provide value to you and, also, explain what we do.

According to the Former United Nations Special Rapporteur for Adequate Housing, Ms. Leilani Farha (2014 –2020), more than 1 billion people, as of 2017, need adequate and secure housing. In 2021, it is not improbable to suggest that this number will continue to rise. In Nigeria, the UN estimates that by 2050, Nigeria’s population is expected to balloon to over 400 million people. Thus, the messaging is noticeably clear: the world’s population will only tend to increase, and landmass is becoming more and more finite. We need solutions out there that contribute to making housing solutions affordable for everyone.

Let’s take another look at some stats from the Pew Research Centre from 2018:

What we can also see here is the fact that one of the other contributing factors to the reason why housing has become less affordable is the stagnant median household income in the USA and around the world. Often, the debt baggage a lot of people bear is a significant factor as well. Not only is housing affordability a problem, so is housing adequacy too. For example, Nigeria is severely under-housed according to recent reports from news outlets like Aljazeera and Channels Television. Therefore, how, or what are some of the ways you can address these problems? This is where Pelow does help.

Pelow is designed to give people the power to not just find housing affordable or at least, what is affordable to them but, to also negotiate, sign contracts, and raise money for their property of choice on the platform too. Renting a home tips

Additionally, on Pelow, we have the capabilities to carry out due diligence on a property listed on our platform before you commit to paying for it. This way, we prioritize the integrity of our platform and your trust in us.

There you have it! We hope you found this helpful! If you did, we have an e-book titled the Ultimate Real Estate that explains this and a lot more about the necessity for affordable housing and how Pelow helps.

Yours truly,

Harrison from the Pelow Team!

Pelow Team

Pelow, a platform by Facibus, democratizes the global real estate market to make housing affordable by capitalizing on the “negotiation gap” between buyers and sellers. Namely, over 1 billion people seek affordable housing, globally; 95% of people overpay for real estate due to lack of knowledge and the median income remains stagnant while prices rise. So, on this channel, we focus on how Pelow provides a custom platform for property owners, agents, and brokers to list, negotiate deals faster with clients thereby reducing costs for both parties and contributing to ensuring that we make both commercial and residential housing more affordable. Pelow also provides a platform for people to raise money for their real estate needs, whichever the case.
