Listings

Homeowners, property developers, realtors, brokers, etc. who wish to sell or rent out their properties or their client’s properties can list on Pelow. To list your property, go to your provider dashboard and click on “Add New Sale”; “Add New Rental”, or “Add New Development” depending on whether you are listing a property for sale, rent, or for investment/crowdfunding purposes respectively.  A menu page will automatically pop up and will indicate eight steps that you need to follow.

Firstly, start by filling in the “information” menu. Here, you are to provide accurate descriptions of your listing. Some of the details you have to give answers to include:

• Title
• Description
• Type of listing

You are not required to provide answers in all the boxes except boxes with asterisks.  Once you have provided all descriptions needed, save the form and move to the next step (services). Nevertheless, we have to emphasize that the Seeker and the general community benefit from a listing with as much information as possible. In fact, the more detailed your listing is, the better chance you have of getting a buyer or renter. Note that, during the review process, Pelow admins can edit your listing, during this time, marketable descriptions to drive sales will be crafted for you if you do not have one already.

After filling the “information” menu, proceed to the next step (Services).

Services:

This 2^nd step is easy and straightforward, simply type in your answers in the boxes. Provide answers to the following:

• Service name
• Service price
• Service description

Once you are done, save the form and redirect it to the next menu (Media).

Media:

Under this menu, add all videos and photos of your listing. To upload your images, you can drag and drop your image in the image box or simply click on “select and upload”.

To add a video, input your URL in the provided box. Supported formats are YouTube, Vimeo, SWF, and MOV.

Uploading clear, quality, and professional videos attract more clients to your listings. However, we are also aware that this can be difficult. So you can quickly get your media needs for your property fulfilled by going to https://studios.facibus.co to allow Facibus Studios to sort everything out.

Pricing:

This page helps the Provider describe a new listing or edit existing listings by adding prices and costs. Under this menu, enter your price, price label, and choose payment options (Mortgage, Cash, Payment Plan).

The full price for the property listed sale should account for the 0.1% fee charged to the buyer as per our terms and conditions. For example, if your property is listed for $100,000, you should expect to receive $99,900 from the buyer seeing as the buyer would have paid $100 to Pelow App.

Once you are done, save the form and redirect it to the next step (Features).

Features:

This page helps Providers to describe new listings or edit edited listings by managing available features. Here, you will provide information on the available amenities and facilities.

Location:

Under this menu, describe your listing by providing additional information such as an address, city, area, state, country, zip code. After this, save the form and redirect to the next step (Terms).

Terms:

This page helps providers to describe new listing by adding terms. Once you are done inputting your text, save and redirect to the next step (Bedrooms).

Rooms:

This page helps the Provider describe listings by providing an adequate description of each room.

Calendar:

Under the calendar menu, you can manually book days for review and let your potential buyers know when your property is available to view or when you are available for a meeting.  Once this is done, proceed to review your listing.

Review:

This page helps to review your new listing. If successful, a text will pop up congratulating you that your listing has been submitted for approval!
