We have noticed that some banks do not allow some corporate cards as well as other banks to make payments online especially on a site they are not familiar with. Also, you can transfer the funds to any of our international and home-based accounts and we will put you through.

In the event that all measures have been exhausted in the attempt to get the lister to respond to your booking request, we will first step in to see how we can assist you with contacting the lister. More, if we are unsuccessful, we will gladly refund you in full for the amounts you have paid up to that point as guided by our Terms and Conditions. Ordinarily, if the negotiations have begun, we may only refund you the booking fees (if any were charged) and half of the Pelow fees.
